Roberta Jorgensen Puntillo
Caring Kenosha Personal Injury Lawyer
Since 1994, Roberta Jorgensen Puntillo has been passionately representing clients injured in serious injury and catastrophic accidents cases. She graduated law school magna cum laude (with great distinction) and immediately began practicing as a Kenosha personal injury attorney.
As a partner of Godin Geraghty Puntillo Camilli, SC, and the leading personal injury lawyer, Roberta strives to provide her clients with the utmost care and service. She works on a contingency fee basis, which means she charges no fee if she doesn't win.
Distinguished Member of the Community
Roberta was born and raised in Kenosha and takes great pride in the local community. Her love for her hometown inspired her to remain local and give back to the community that had given her so much. Roberta has been involved in both the Leadership Kenosha Steering Committee and the Kenosha Symphony Association, the latter of which she served as a board member. She also volunteers at a local homeless shelter and as a career coach.
In her commitment to state’s legal practice, Roberta has been involved with the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Legal practice requires attorneys to stay up to date with ever-changing laws and procedures. With her longtime residence in Kenosha and activity in various legal groups, Roberta has made herself a master of Wisconsin law both past and present.
Standing Up for Serious & Catastrophic Injury Victims
Roberta raises her family in Kenosha. She has deep roots in the community and strongly empathizes with her injured clients. She treats every injury victim with the genuine care she would her own family if they were involved in a catastrophic accident. An attorney should put the person before the dollar, which is a mantra Roberta—and our entire firm—lives by. She truly has a heart for helping people through difficult times.
