BICYCLIST KILLED AFTER BEING STRUCK BY MOTORIST
A bicyclist died after being hit by a motorist in Sheboygan County.
According to reports, a 48-year-old man was hit just before 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Township of Mosel. The bicyclist had been bicycling southbound on County Highway Y near Rowe Road when he was hit by 67-year-old Roger V. Peterson who was also heading southbound. Both men were from Sheboygan.
The bicyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and was rushed to a local hospital where he later died.
The crash is still under investigation by the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department along with the Wisconsin State Patrol.
