A south side Milwaukee preschooler was killed Sunday when a television fell on her.

According to reports, the girl was attempting to change the channel on the 32-inch TV, which was atop a dresser. She scaled the dresser and the TV came off the dresser and the dresser tipped over, hitting her and knocking her unconscious.

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled her death an accident. The girl reportedly suffered a liver laceration and was taken into surgery. She was pronounced dead Sunday night.
