Posted by Roberta Jorgensen Puntillo | Nov 30, 2011 | 0 Comments

A Kenosha man died in a crash with a semi Monday morning.

According to a Journaltimes.com article the 35-year-old man was driving westbound on Highway 20 at Route C when his vehicle collided with the rear of a semi trailer just after 8:30 a.m. The driver, Neil Voling, along with his dog were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi was not injured in the crash. As of today, no tickets or citations had been issued in conjunction with the accident, but it was still under investigation.

Truck accidents can oftentimes be serious and sometimes fatal. Due to the size of the trucks involved, injuries may be more severe and additional dangers may exist than do with a regular sized vehicle.

If you or your loved one has been seriously injured in a crash, you may want to consult with a Kenosha car accident attorney to see if you have a case. Contact the law office of Puntillo, Camilli and Hughes, S.C. today to speak with our compassionate and experienced truck accident lawyers.
