According to reports, the 26-year-old male, was driving his 1999 Suzuki motorcycle when he crashed early thursday morning, killing his 24-year-old female passenger. Officials said he then fled on foot.
The woman was found about 12:35 a.m. Thursday and taken to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
At the time of the crash, sections of the road had been torn up for construction. Seibert may face homicide charges in connection with the crash. Officials said the accident was a one-vehicle crash.
