A Milwaukee man has been sentenced to six years in prison for hitting and killing a 65-year-old grandma who was pushing her 4-year-old grandson at the time.

Jesus DeJesus was driving on a suspended license and had cocaine and medication in his system at the time of the crash. DeJesus' lawyer argued for his client, making a point he called 911 after the crash.

The grandson has recovered from his physical injuries, but was still in therapy to help him cope with his grandma's death.
