Posted by Roberta Jorgensen Puntillo | Nov 07, 2011 | 0 Comments

Six teens were injured in a six-vehicle crash late Friday evening in Dodge County.

According to reports, the teens were all riding in a Chevrolet Tahoe traveling southbound on Thompson Road in Beaver Dam, Wis. about 11:45 p.m. when the driver lost control and the SUV spun out of control. The SUV rolled and went into a ditch, resting on the roof. Three of the teens were ejected during the crash.

The two 18-year-old boys, the 16-year-old boy and three 15-year-old girls were all from Beaver Dam. None of the teens were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. Although the injuries are considered serious, none were believed to be life-threatening.

Officials said alcohol likely played a role in the crash. The crash was still under investigation.
