According to officials, A 16-year-old Brillion teen, who was driving, is believed to have lost control of the vehicle. Officials said he was driving too fast for the foggy conditions that were present at the time and he failed to stop at a stop sign. The vehicle continued moving until it brushed a utility police before hitting a culvert.
The accident happened just after 6:30 p.m., on Man-Cal Road, east of State 57. The driver, along with a 15-year-old Forest Junction teen and a 14-year-old Brillion teen were all injured in the crash. The 15-year-old was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected during the crash. All three suffered “non-incapacitating injuries.”
